Just in time for the open house of the Ogden Utah Temple, Utah company Pura Vida Photography posted a video capturing the new temple design from the sky.

The two-minute video of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints temple shows the renovations from many angles in both daylight and at night.

Since the video was posted on the Pura Vida Photography Facebook page on July 22, it has received hundreds of "likes" and shares, and many have expressed their desire to visit the new building.

"What a beautiful tribute to a new house of the Lord," Mike Erickson posted on Facebook.

The open house for the Ogden temple will be held from Aug. 1, through Sept. 6. The public is invited to attend, and tickets can be reserved on LDS.org. The temple, which was originally dedicated in 1972 and closed for extensive renovations in April 2011, will then be rededicated on Sept. 21.

Beautifully done. Amazing way of displaying a sacred space. It would be great to see currently operating temples also highlighted with this style of art.

Simply gorgeous. I love the sky and the sunset or sunrise in the background as well the close-ups of the Angel Moroni. What a beautiful temple that is! It is fitting for a House of the Lord.

Very nice video and appropriate music as compared to the Washington D.C aerial video a few weeks back.

Truly an amazing remodel of the Ogden Temple. I saw the early demolition of the old temple, it was taken down to just the concrete and steel core and to see this creation from it is breath taking.

I wonder if the same thing will be done to the Provo Temple after the Provo City Center (Tabernacle remodel) and Payson Temples are completed? With the expanded MTC I can only imagine that a remodel would be in order to increase capacity and functionality.
