The novel “Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland” (or “Alice in Wonderland,” as it is more commonly known) and its sequel, “Through the Looking-Glass,” have had an incalculable cultural impact since they were first published in 1865 and 1871, respectively, by Charles Lutwidge Dodgson — aka Lewis Carroll.
