Gypsy Willis was sentenced to 36 months of probation on May 17, 2011, in Provo, for identity fraud, giving false statements and filing a wrongful lien. Prosecutors say she was having an affair with Martin MacNeill before his wife died. She is expected to testify Wednesday in a preliminary hearing.
