Rock On: Urban Meyer still shunning the blues (5 items)
It wouldn’t be BYU-Utah week without some good enmity stories, and few had more enmity toward BYU than Urban Meyer.
Who could forget his “Team Down South” routine?
But nowadays Meyer spends his time calling Michigan “That Team Up North.” Reports say he has been stopping NFL scouts and other visitors from wearing blue at Ohio State’s practices.
Offenders are furnished appropriate (i.e. Ohio State) shirts.
Which is fine. It’s his kingdom.
Here's hoping he never ends up in a hospital where the nurses are afraid to call out “Code Blue!”

“I told him to get off the field,” coach Charlie Strong told media afterward. “We have enough coaches on the field. We have enough coaches on staff. The punt team is coming. You don't send them off the field."
BYU’s Jim McMahon successfully turned back the punt team in the 1980 Holiday Bowl, which led to the Cougars posting their first postseason victory.
So occasionally it works.
Sorry, Teddy, but Rock On knew Jim McMahon. You’re no Jim McMahon.
4 of 5. PEAK PERFORMANCE
The analysis said the tallest point in North America dropped from 20,320 feet to 20,237.
What that means to the Utes — who have started 0-4, 0-4 and 0-1 in three Pac-12 seasons — is this: Instead of climbing the mountain, maybe they can wait for it to melt.
