The 2014 Olympic Winter Games in Sochi concluded Sunday, bringing an end to 17 days of competition on the snow and ice of Russia.

While things like fashion, location and steering wheels on bobsleds have changed since the first Winter Games, here are 33 photos that show how other things have stayed the same.
