2 of 23. Blair Bliss, Desert Hills

3A MVP

Senior, 5-8, guard

2013-2014 statistics

12.92 points per game

4.27 rebounds per game

5.12 assists per game

3.62 steals per game

Season high

25 points vs. Pine View on Jan. 9.

Opposing coach scouting report

“Blair is an important player both offensively and defensively. She is a threat to score from anywhere on the court but is good to get the assist when she is being covered. She is quick on defense and you must pay attention to her so she does not steal the ball. She is a good all around player."

Past All-State honors

2013 — 3A Second Team

2012 — 3A First Team

3 of 23. Rashel Blazzard, Morgan

3A defensive MVP

Senior, 5-6, guard

2013-2014 statistics

18.78 points per game

3.74 rebounds per game

5.52 assists per game

4.13 steals per game

Season high

31 points vs. Uintah on Jan. 31.

Opposing coach scouting report

"An incredible guard with great ball handling skills, can score from outside and at the basket, gets the ball to the open player, and can defend on and off the ball. A great floor leader who teamates are eager to follow."

4 of 23. Haley Bodnar, Desert Hills

3A First Team

Senior, 6-4, center

2013-2014 statistics

14.04 points per game

5.27 rebounds per game

0.38 assists per game

1.38 steals per game

Season high

28 points at Snow Canyon on Feb. 11.

Opposing coach scouting report

“Haley is a strong offensive threat. Her height is her biggest advantage, especially in a short region. She has a shot where she brings the ball back behind her head and keeps it high. It is difficult for the defense to defend her on the shot. She is a big presence in the middle of a 2-3 zone because when she stretches her arms out, she covers a big majority of the paint. Her presence intimidates many players."

Past All-State honors

2013 — 3A MVP

2012 — 3A Defensive MVP

Player note

Signed with Purdue.

5 of 23. Taylor Gordon, North Sanpete

3A First Team

Senior, 5-7, forward

2013-2014 statistics

19.09 points per game

Season high

25 points vs. Hurricane on Dec. 21.

Opposing coach scouting report

“Taylor is a fierce competitor and is a player that has the ability to take over a game because of her scoring ability. This year she was more in control of herself, which allowed her and her team to experience the success that they had."

Past All-State honors

2013 — 3A Second Team

2012 — 3A honorable mention

Player note

Signed with Utah Valley University.
